(A )Regulation For Examination: B.C.A
  1. The Examination For The Degree Shell Consist Of Six Semester In Three Year. A Student Clearing All The Six Semester Shell Be Conferred The Degree Of B.C.A.
  2. No Student Should Be Allowed To Appear In The B.C.A Semester Examination Unless He/She Has The Required Percentage Of Attendance In Classes As Per Rule Of The University.
  3. Examination Of The Each Semester Shall Be Held At The End Of The Semester The Scheme Of Examination Shall Be Announced By The University.
  4. A Candidate Who Does Not Secure Minimum Pass Marks In At Least Three Papers Of A Semester(Including The Practical Paper), Shell Not Be Eligible To Appear In The Next Semester Examination.
  5. Examination Of Not Passed Exam Shall Held With Last Year Examination
  6. Examination Student’s Performance Will Be Evaluated Through Continuous Assessment In The Form Of Class Test, Assignments, Quizzes, Viva-Voce/ Practical Etc. There Will Also Be An Examination In Theory Subjects, Practical And Project Conducted By The University At The End Of Each Semester. The Distribution Of The Marks For The Internal(}Institute) Assessment End Semester Theory, Practical And Other Examination Shall Be As Per The Prescribed Scheme Of Examination(Annexure IV) Maximum Marks For Theory Subjects, Practical And Project Shall Consist Of Marks Allotted For End Semester Examination And Internal Assessment ( Sessional Work) Put Together. Pass/Fail In A Subject Shall Be Declared On The Basis Of Total Marks Obtained In Theory/Practical Examination And The Sessional Marks Put Together. To Pass In A Subject, The Candidate Should Score Minimum 25% Marks In End Semester Theory Examination.40% Marks In Practical/Viva-Voce/Project But The Aggregate Of Each Subject Should Be Atleast 40% Including Sessional Marks. For A Clear Pass In A Semester Examination The Candidate Should Score Atleast 50% Marks Of The Total Of All Subjects. If A Candidate Passes In All The Subjects Under Clause 6.6 But Does Not Satisfy Clause 6.7 I.E Aggregate Of 50% Marks Of The Total, Then He/She Would Be Required To Appear As Per The Carry-Over System(Clause 9) In Maximum Of Three Subjects(3 T/ P) As Back Paper. The Marks Of The Previous Semester(S) Will Not Be Added In Declaring The Result Of Any Other Semester Examination. Pass/Fail/Promotion In A Particular Semester Shall Be Decided Purely On The Basis Of Marks Obtained In That Semester. .

Pass Marks
  1. The Minimum Pass-Marks In Each Paper Shell Be 25% In Theory Subject With An Aggregate  Of 40% Marks In Each Subject And 45% In Each Semester
  2. The Division Shall Be Determined On The Basis Of  The Aggregate Marks Of The Semester Of All The Semester Prescribed For B.C.A Degree Under :
          First Division             60% And Above
          Second Division        45% And Above But Below 60%
3.      The Candidate Who Does Not Pass The B.C.A Degree Within A Period Of  Six Year, Shall Cease To Be A Candidate For The Degree.
    
(B)Regulation For Examination: P.G.D.C.A/B.Sc/M.Sc
  1. The Examination For The P.G.D.C.A /B.Sc / M.Sc Shell Consist Of Three Year. Examination Of Each Semester Shall Be Held At The End Of The Year
  2. A Candidate Who Does Not Secure Minimum Pass Marks In At Least Of The Paper, Shell Not Be Eligible To Appear In The Next Year Examination.
  3. No Student Should Be Allowed To Appear In The  Examination Unless He/She Has The Required Percentage Of Attendance In Classes As Per Rule Of The University.
  4. Candidate Should Pass The Theory And Practical Subjects Separately.

    No Separate Improvement Examination
Separate Improvement Examination Examination, In Case Of Any Of The Papers Of A Particular Year, Shell Not Be Conducted By The University. A Student Willing To Attempt A Paper, In Which He/She Failed Once, Shell Be Able To Re-Appear In That Particular Paper Which Is Held By The University. The Facility Of Improvement Also Be Available To Those , Who  Have Already Secured The Minimum Pass-Marks In Individual Papers .
